What We'll Do For You:
1. Event Setup
We'll set up two of your events in Black Pug Software, from start to finish! We recommend at least one be a bigger event, such as Summer Camp.
2. Council Property Configuration
We'll configure one of your council properties with all necessary details.
3. User Training
We'll provide personalized training sessions for your council staff and volunteers to ensure everyone is comfortable with the new system.
4. Ongoing Support
You'll have direct access to our support team to ensure a smooth transition and and long-term success.

Your Roadmap to Success

You set the training pace. We’ve outlined an example of a typical onboarding journey below. However, we understand that your council is on a tight schedule and managing a full calendar of events. We are fully prepared to accelerate this timeline or adjust the focus based on your specific goals and deadlines.
